Zero Octa Ltd. and Star Alliance take off

Just a few weeks after being awarded the Star Alliance contract for sales audit as its preferred vendor, Zero Octa Ltd. has already started the process of signing up customer airlines.

The first of these is bmi. Frank Cooper, bmi’s Revenue Accounts Manager, signed the agreement with Zero Octa Ltd. whilst at an airline industry meeting in Vancouver on September 14, 2005.

The contract with bmi is part of an overall agreement for revenue protection which Star Alliance and Zero Octa Ltd. have recently signed.

“We are very pleased to be implementing this new agreement with Zero Octa Ltd.”, said Frank Cooper. “We expect to see good results from this Star Alliance initiative and will be encouraging other airlines to sign up as soon as possible”.

“Frank was true to his word and we are confident we can add real value to bmi”, said Adam Smith, Zero Octa Ltd. Director Travel Services. “Since signing up bmi we are also now close to finalizing arrangements with Air Canada, Singapore Airlines and LOT Polish. Furthermore, we are in active discussions with all other airlines within the Star Alliance and plan to have full coverage by the end of 2005.”

Zero Octa Ltd. are also well advanced with plans to manage the additional volumes that will result from the Star Alliance contract and other recent contracts that have been signed. Zero Octa Ltd. is adding new capacity at its major processing centre in India and as well is hiring more audit staff at its other centres in Goa, India and Mexico City, Mexico.

“Our goal is to ensure that we always have the additional audit capacity on stream with trained auditors in place, ahead of taking on new work”, stated Sidney Rocha, Director, Operations. “That way we ensure that our existing customers see no degradation in service as we bring on new customers, whilst at the same time our new customers gain immediate benefits from a quick turnaround of their sales audit work”.
